UP-SKILL : LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT CAMP
Overview
The Up-skill program is a leadership development and personal growth process that also identifies leadership traits in participants; Assists in selecting leadership roles in organizations, such as prefects, university SRC, and corporate team leaders.
The program includes a series of theoretical sessions on leadership, creating a better understanding of what being a good leader entails. while giving participants the competitive desire to help them succeed in life and be good, upstanding individuals.
This programs is divided into two sub-process; Up-Skill 1 and Up Skill 2.
Up-skill 1 offers the following theoretical sessions:
- Introduction to Leadership.
- Born to lead.
- Leadership Begins with an Attitude.
- Personal Shield I.
Up-skill 2 offers the following theoretical sessions:
- Personal Shield II.
- Set Goals.
- My Choices: Fitness and Positive Habits.
- My Best Possible Self.
Program is recommended for the following:
School grades.
Elected prefects.
University Student Leadership.
Corporate management.
Sports teams.
